ECG findings

Have recently had ECG done following chest pain.Tracing showed T wave inversion and ST wave inversion in lead 3. Have then had normal Echo, stress ECG and 24 hour Holter monitor. What could be the reasons for these ECG findings if my heart appears otherwise normal?

This discussion is related to ECG analysis.

An ECG is a tool and not very good for a specific diagnosis.  The ecg will list a series of possible condition determined by the ECG software.  The doctor will do a differential diagnoses with other tests' signs and symptoms.

The ECG abnormal result can be due to electrolye imbalance, medication, heart rate above 100 at time of test, electrical noise within the equipment, artifacts, etc, etc.
