ECG test results. What does this mean?

I am 23 year old male. (175 cm , 77 kg)
Can someone please tell me what this test result is trying to say?

Is there a typing error?  There is an intraventricular CONDUCTION defect syndrome and that is a very rare condition.  Your heart rate is slightly below normal (bradycardiac), normal is 70 to 100 at rest at that would printout an abnormal report.

EKG tests aren't very reliable and requires more evidence that include symptoms, other tests and signs to make a diagnosis
