ECG

Hello, I'm a 31 year old female, who has a problem climbing  a lot of stairs, as legs get heavy and I run out of breath. (Old people overtake me!!) I also sometimes get a funny fast beat, like a whirr inside my chest. Otherwise I'm ok...

I had an ECG taken in Vietnam which I dont understand. Can someone explain it for me?

Vent. rate  79bpm
PR int. 130ms
QRS dur. 88ms
QT/QTc int. 362/396
P/QRS/T axis 63/  75/  40
RV5/SV1 amp. 1.050/ 0.630 mV
RV5+SV1 amp. 1.680 mV

1100 Sinus rhythm
1470 with occasioinal supraventricular premature complexes
9140 ** abnormal rhythm ECG  **

Thanks for your help!

This something you should ask your doctor to explain, and also to give you appointment for more test if it is necessarily.  You might need more test then ECG., like an "event recorder" or "loop monitor". That can record your episodes, fast heart rate etc.
