ECHO/Holter Results

Hello and thanks for your assistance in advance.
I am 32yrs old and over the last year have lost 50lbs.  Down to 200lb at 5'6".. I have been doing really well with my diet and exercise and over the last few weeks had episodes of shortness of breath and racing and slow pulses.  My doctor ordered a holter & echo after hearing a heart murmur for the first time I have ever been in the office (over 7 years..) (i was admitted to hospital last october and ultimately had a heart cath last year because of an abnormal EKG and chest pains.. first I was to have a stress test but was sent me straight to cath lab because my EKG was worse than when i was admitted to the hospital).  The cath didn't yield any blockages so we felt my weight attributed to the abnormal EKG.
The echo showed trace amounts of leakage in the tricuspid and mitral valve as well as a few PVCs (but not qty to note a problem).  I had both the echo & the holter come back NORMAL. My pulse during holter ranged from 41-127.
My doctor indicated everything was normal and took my off my cholesteral and BP drugs (diovan 80mg and simvastatin at 40mg)..
I had a few days where my pulse was in the 45-48 range all day which yielded some pretty bad headaches and made me lathargic.. but I've been in the mid 50's ever since.  My PCP indicated this isn't "abnormal for a young person"...
If i was in shape.. i would agree.. i still have 50lbs more to lose and besides some palpatations when I first start exercising I'm not feeling horrible and just wanted a second opinion or recommendation for further f/u regarding my slow pulse or if I should be concerned at all? I'm also suprised that my BP is normal after 3 weeks of not being on any medications.. Makes me think I should have never been taking all of that medication...
Thanks for any insight.
Crystal

I'm same age, overweight, havent started exercise plan yet. Had holter and normal echo as well. My cardiologist put me on the lowest dose toprol to treat a fast heart rate. Had to go to ER for bradycardia and hypotension. Since then, my bp dips very low at night and my heart rate as well.. (40s)    During the day it's between 50 and 55.  It is strange because I only took the toprol for about two weeks.

Would love to hear if you find anything because it sounds similar to my confusion.
