EKG 17yold girl following seizure

My daughter had what appeared to be a seizure- sudden loss of awareness of surroundings, tremendous immediate fatique, jerking hands, impending feeling of it coming on all while sitting down at school. We gave her orange juice immediately thinking her sugar was low and eventually went to the ER because of the continued jerking hands. The ER  doc immediately said it was hyperventilation related to stress! She has had a seizure 3 years ago (full rigidity, eyes rolled back, loss of consciousness etc.) and has had periodic fainting spells for no apparent reason- once in 2nd grade and again at age 15. They did an EKG at the hospital with the following results. Can there be a heart related problem here? by the way her blood work that they did also showed CO2 to well in the normal range-almost low. Are these normal for results for an EKG?

She has had fibromyalgia for near 2 years now because of an unexplained constant pain in the left shoulder. She also has the diagnosis of JRA.

What did an EEG show? Any abnormal brain activity that would cause seizures? During my childhood I had seizure like activity. I remember having EEG's done, taking medication for epilepsy. But in my early teen years another doctor told my mom it wasn't epilepsy, that I had heart arrhythmias. Nothing was done at the time but as an adult, I do know I have arrhythmia problems.

I'm not sure what's going on with your daughter but I think you should keep asking questions. She won't be allowed to drive with these unexplained episodes.
