EKG and Left Brunch Block, diastolic HF

Bumping this old post, and am, now asking, if I had a Left Brunch Block, how would this show on the EKG?

Hi,two weeks ago,  I had symptoms of dizziness, whoozy, angina type of symptoms.  Went to have an EKG.  It showed T-wave Flattenings flat or low negative T in AVF with negative in T III another showed St deviation in lead III -18, aVR -28, V1 -25, V3-15, V4-18.  Troponin was on normal ref range 0-32 mine was 32 and CK was elevated at 170 ref range was 1-150.  Doctors wanted to give antithrombolytic but I refused.  It was not clear if I was having a heart attack or not.  The symptoms were typical of an MI or angina, sweaty, chest pains, dizzy etc... for about two hours.

Am I correct in assuming that it may not have been a heart attack?  Would not the Troponin be high? I had the CK done once only.

The EKG says low QRS voltage in precordia leads, minor inferior repolarizatin distrubance, consider ischemia, LV overload or aspecific change,  flat or low negative T in aVF with negative in III, ECG without significant abnomalities.

The EKG was vague even my symptoms were acute, in particular the whooziness, and dizziness!!

I am not sure how reliable those EKGs are.

I had an echo two days ago, and it showed diastolic heart failure, Grade I.    But strangely, for 10 years or more, I had left ventricular dysfunction, systolic and diastolic dysfunction.  The latest echo showed only diastolic dysfunction, but did say the views were not optimal.  Confused?  I am ...

I am finding it very difficult to walk or stand up straight, more comfortable when lying down.  Light headed and dizzy.  Feeling whoozy.

Input appreciated.

Thank you
