EKG and what it means??

hi guys.

my boyfriend just went to the dr.  had multiple complaints but the one we were worried about most was the chest "discomfort" he has been having lately.  palpitations that i can hear when i lay my head on his chest when we are just veggin or whatever, shortness of breath when he has the palpitations and dizziness too.  long story short the dr did an ekg on him.  didnt give any specifics just said its ok. wtf?  i asked for a copy, but he gave us a copy of it before he (the dr) wrote his notes on it so we have no clue what it means.  can anyone help us?  here is what is typed on the ekg:

vent. rate:    59 bpm (bradycardic i know)
P duration:     94ms
QRS duration:   92 ms
PR interval:       134 ms
QT interval:        378 ms
Qtc interval:       375 ms
QT dispersion:    22 ms
P-R-T- Axis:       50 degrees      0 degrees     12 degrees

does anyone know what this means?  i can look at the ekg and see that he has some palpitations because there are pauses between flat lines and hills (sorry for terminology deficiency!! )

any input you have would be greatly appreciated!
thank you so much for your time!

ok.  sounds reasonable enough.  but it just worries me that he didnt give us a difinitive answer to my question, the question being, how does it look as far as his having ASD? dr has also confirmed a murmur but wont put a name to it either.  its just all a little disconcerting since my boyfriend has been so tired, i should say fatigued, lately, no matter how much rest he gets.  as a rule he doesnt notice the palpitations/flutters but lately they have been so frequent and to quote my boyfriend, HARD, that  he loses his breath with them and is getting dizzy with them, as well.  i just want to make sure that something isnt going to happen to him.  i love him but i would also hate to have one of his episodes hit him while he is driving or working on a ladder.  as for a second opinion, kinda hard to do.  we have no ins. and at the moment with a little one on the way cant really afford for him to get ins. (i have state aid for me.  he makes too much to get coverage.  nice huh?)

thank you for your input.  i really do greatly appreciate it!

If it looked off generally further investigation would have been scheduled. If you are concerned seek another opinion but most ectopics are nothing to be concerned about.

I guess if the doctor thought the EKG showed anything he thought significant he would have made you all aware of it, if in doubt you could always seek a 2nd opinion.
