EKG normal - Inverted T-waves?

I had two EKG's done in the past month at the ER. The doctors there both said my EKG's were normal. The first one done on 10/24/11 said: 12 lead EKG shows normal sinus rhythm, rate (75 bpm), with no ectopics, conduction normal, ST segments normal, T waves normal. The second one on 10/25/11 said: 12 lead EKG shows normal sinus rhythm, conduction normal, ST segments normal, T waves, inverted, areas affectedL anterior leads, Axis. Then the doctor on the 10/25/11 EKG goes on to say that my EKG was normal, comparison with old EKG - similiar but T inversion V1 previously, today V1,2....What does this mean and should I worry?

Thank you in advance!

T wave inversions (TWI) can be indicative of a number of things, including coronary ischemia, especially in the presence of chest discomfort. However, there can be many forms of TWI (symmetrical, asymmetrical, etc) and should be interpreted in the correct clinical setting as they can also be non-specific findings on an EKG.
