Echo Cardiography Report

In recent Echo report (first time) of my wife following is mentioned:

LVIDS                            23.0 mm
RVIDs                            18.0 mm
IVSed                              7.0 mm
LVPWed                          7.0 mm
AO                                  22.0 mm
LA                                   21.0 mm

LV function:
LVEDV               ml
LCESV               ml
EF                      65(54-76%) FS = 33%

Left ventricles : No left ventricular hypertrophy,  No regional wall motion abnormality
Mitral valve: thin, open well, no SAM, no subvalvaular pathology, no mitral valve prolapsed. No B bump, No flutter,
Tricuspid valve: normal, open well, Triscupid velocity=260cm/sec
Aortic valve: normal trileaflet, no calcification, Central Closure, no flutter, Aortic velocity= 114 cm per sec
Plumonary calve: this, open well normal EF slope pulmonary arteries, pulmonary velocity = 99 cm per sec

On Doppler interrogation:
Mild Mitral regurgitation
Moderate tricuspid regurgitation. PG=27 mmHg
No aortic regurgitation
Mitral inco (E 98cm/sec. A= 98 cm/sec

On Color Flow:
Mild Mitral regurgitation
Moderate tricuspid regurgitation. PG=27 mmHg
No aortic regurgitation
No Plumonary regurgitation

All Chambers are Normal
No LA/LAA/LV CLOT
no pericardial effusion, Peri cardium is normal
No intra Cardiac Mass
IA/?IVS intact

Is there any abnormality or cause of worry
