Hi                                                                                                                 Last week I had an echo done and these are the results.LADs 3.8 (n2.0-4.0);BSA 2.09m;LVIDd 5.8(n4.0-5.8);LVIDs 3.6; IVSd 1.1 (n0.8-1.2);LVPWd(n0.8-1.2);Ejection fraction 66.94% (n45.0-80.0);FS 37.63 (n20.0-40.0).Normal echocardiogram.Normal doppler.Normal blood pressure. On my echo before (this one) I had trivial mitral and tricuspid valve regurgitation. On the last there was none,it was normal. The doctor told me, although my LVIDd is 5.8cm it is still within normal limits. He also told me that after a year, it could be 5.5cm or less.Questions:How significant is trivial tricuspid  and mitral valve regurgitation and is it possible to have (1 echo) it and than not (2 echo)? Can LVIDd of 5.8cm be regresed (by decreasing FIT and weight) to 5.5 or 5.0cm?  What does FS mean and what are normal limits for IVSs; LVPWs; RVDd; AOd; ALS?I am 45 yrs old male who is into fitness.Thank you. Anthony
