Effects on Coumadin levels

I take coumadin for a-fib and I was wondering if coumadin levels are affected by cortisol levels in the blood.  Also do blood sugar levels have an effect on coumadin levels.

Coumadin should not directly interfere with blood glucose levels, even in diabetics
There is a rare circumstance in which Coumadin could indirectly affect sugar levels. This could happen if it was responsible for acute inflammation of the pancreas (chronic pancreatitis).

Maybe I should resubmit my question?  Or at least rephrase it?  Or post it on a different forum?  I have been on coumadin for a-fib for 6 months and I am wondering if it has any effect on blood sugar levels?
