Dear Pat,
You happen to have the same name as one of our surgeons here!  The post-op ECG will depend on what the pre-op ECG looked like and what other types of heart problems are present.  There often can be a change in ECGs over a 6 month period even without surgery due to a variety of different things.  So it's hard to give an exact answer to your question without actually seeing the pre and post operative ECGs and knowing your other medical conditions.
