Elevated Heart rate

At night my heart rate sometimes goes up to around 85 to 90 when I an sleeping. It always wakes me up. It seems to happen after I have had a few drinks the night before.  My blood pressure is normal.  Should I get it checked out?

Mine does that also at nightime.  Sometimes it's anxiety.  The adrenal may be affected by the drinks.  Mine goes up to 130 sometimes at night.  You can try some calcium foods before bedtime to see if that helps or add vitamin B.  Check your blood pressure next time this happens to make sure that your blood pressure is not dropping low.  When the blood pressure drops low, the heart rate goes up.
