Enalapril side effect

Hello, I am wondering if anyone has experienced side effects from Enalapril (Vasotec) 2.5mg.   I was given this medication when I was in hospital for Diastole Dysfunction. Was diagnosed at that time. I was also put on Lipitor 20mg.  I am also taking Norvasc 10mg, HCTZ 25mg (have been for years).  Well I have been experiencing a fuzzy feeling in my skull (top of head), and fainting spells.  My doctor says that it's not the enalapril because I am taking a small dosage. I tired researching online, but it doesn't state what dosages causes Fainting, Vertigo,and dizziness. I also have a bone spur in my neck which I have had for 6-7 years now. Pain is worsening and it swells up. My doctor doesn't know whats causing this. I tried not taking the pill for a whole day and it caused my blood pressure to rise and me having a tight chest. So, I had to take my nebulizer  (Asthma Treatment) 4 times that day, and wound up taking the darn pill. I still felt the dizziness even when I didn't take pill , oh, and a dry cough and throat felt swelled up. I don't know what to do. I tried asking my doctor to change my medication but she wants me to still take it for my heart condition. Could it be my cervical bone spur?   I can't live like this anymore . I can't walk half a block without feeling like this. Or go up stairs.  Any suggestions? I am a type 2 diabetic too. No meds for that sugar well controlled.
