Endocarditis

I recently posted a question about fibrin strands from my aortic valve and I wish to thank the doctor who responded to my question.  Now I have several questions about endocarditis.  Is it possible to have bacterial endocarditis and have no fever or feelings of sickness.  I have had two embolic events to my eye but I feel fine.  I am a 33 year old female.  What is marantic endocarditis?  What type of cancer can cause valve vegetations?  If blood cultures all turn out negative, and there are fibrin strands on the aortic valve as evidenced By TEE, what is the next step?  I already take 2 325mg aspirins a day.  Thank you.
