Excessive Sweating

Hello,
I'm a 19 year old male. I'm active and love sports. I can walk for miles without getting tired. My heart rate at rest is ranging from 72-78. Since I was a kid, I have sweaty palms;  my friends told me that I have a heart disease (heart Failure). Is it true that my sweaty palms indicates that I have a heart disease?

No, sweaty palms does not indecate heart disease. Go to Web MD and type in sweaty palms. It is a condition. I sure you are fine.
