Exercising

I am concerned for my Husband who is 27 years old and when exercising he complains of being breathless, pins and needles in both hands, seeing black spots, feeling exhausted and has no energy.   This is even during light exercise of 1 - 2 minutes.  We have a 5 year old Son and they generally play fight when he comes in from work and after 10 minutes of that he has to sit down and rest.
