Hi My question is in regards to exercise induced rapid pulse. I am 63 female and very overweight. I exercise all the time. Few weeks ago only after 5 minutes of cardio my HR went up to 156? I am very worried. Saw cardiologist this week and EKG indicated arrhythmia. My resting HR in his office was 130 but I was trembling with nerves.
Thanks for any help you can give. I have an echo and monitor scheduled in a few days.
