Extrasystoles Question

Extrasystoles Question

So its about Extrasystoles/skipped/extra beat.

First off. . . I suffer from anxiety so well aware that anxiety can make them worse along with my thoughts of them. but my mind is built in the sense of: "sure I have anxiety, but that doesnt mean im immortal".
So takes some time to get over this. Mostly cause the response to my questions are always - its just anxiety- and doesnt help allot.
Anyways.
I have these extrasystoles. And had them since i was about 18- (24) now.
And im kinda fine with them when they come, but they freak me out when im doing something that requires something extra. (like a workout)
Like about 30 min ago i was doing a quick workout at home here. (some weights and some running on the spot/squats- Nothing major)
And i get a big one. "bump!" in the chest.
I slow down and think about quitting and going to the sofa- Then decide a well lets try again. Then "Bump!"- it returned. (then i stopped) -
It mostly bothers me when im doing something like that. For the two reasons, that they mostly feel "stronger" in those situations, and that I kinda connect "hard work" and "strain to the heart" at those times.

Also ive read that when extra-systoles come at recovery from workout they should be fine, but its when your starting the activity they could be bad-
---- any truth to that? ----

I was checked when all this started- (around age 18-19) - EKG at the doc and hospital and a 24h holter over a weekend. Nothing reported.

But yeah, any thoughts?
Ive often thought why I have never been asked to take a Stress-EKG, but seams like my doctor just doesnt think its necessary-.

And on the anxiety area. . .Well I try to keep my head cool. Thinking. My family doesnt really have any history of heart problems. (my mom and one of my sisters however, also have extrasystoles, but they handle them like "normal" poeple. )
I also think of all the things i have done.
**Used to Rollerblade 24/7 for years. That incl about 10 km daily too and from school-
**Playng american football by the ocean in knee high water (making it hard to run- thus a good workout actually)-
Also think that ive had them since i was 18..... So now 6 almost 7 years. . . .
But yeah my anxiety just gets the best of me. Especially when doing some kinds of workout.

So any info, tips and such is wished and welcomed.
