Fainted for <24hours

Hi, I had 2 episodes of similar incidents.
I suddenly fainted and was totally not responsive and they both lasted more than 24hours.
Is it due to my heart or brain problem?
I wasn't on any medication or alcohol at those times.
I am female 49yrs old.
I am curious what could have causes that.
Welcome any suggestions.
Tks!

Impossible to tell with the info you provide.

Fainting is normally caused by a temporary reduction in blood flow to the brain.
This can have several causes.
Fainting is most commonly caused by a temporary malfunction in the autonomic nervous system (neurally mediated syncope).
Heart problems can also interrupt the brain's blood supply and cause fainting. This type of fainting is called cardiac syncope.
Fainting can also be caused by a fall in blood pressure.

Fainting can also be caused by a seizure, that in itself can have many different causes.

I assume that your doctor has done a lot of tests already? What did he/she give a possible reason?
