Fast Beating of Heart with Severe pain and shorten breath

Hello,
i am 21 year old. i am getting fast heartbeat with severe pain in my chest and shorten breath since 1 1/2 year. some times i am getting blood through mouth also. i had ECG etc., tests also. they said palpitations of heart and its normal nothing to worry. but now i am facing severe every time. when i get this symptoms my legs are getting swell also. and left shoulder pain. i want what happens all these. i forgotten this happening to me but these days i am very sick and my body is shivering.

Please tell me whats the problem is...

Apart from ECG and tests for the heart, did they run tests for viral infections? I am surprised at the blood in the mouth, did they explain this? Are you on any kind of
medication? Leg swelling is also a concern and I'm really shocked that you have been
dismissed from medical help and are having these problems. What kind of health service do you have?

Actually they said that nothing is there my heart is healthy so no need to use any medicines but they suggested to use NEBICORD 2.5mg for some days. i also had thiaroid tests and all virus tests but everything is normal. 1 year completed but still i am getting the pain and fast beating. sometimes i am becoming blank when this happens to me. so no more medications i have right now. i am sending my report details here have a look.
