Feeling off

Feeling off

I'm 31, I smoke, I used to be active but am not so much anymore. I'm slightly overweight. I have been REALLY tired the last 3 days and I've noticed that my pulse is on the low side; 60 bpm. I have a lot of anxiety so I'm used to my heart rate being on the higher side. I'm not sure if I'm freaking myself out or if this could be something that I need to worry about. I am under some stress so I'm a bit worried that my lower pulse and tiredness could be heart related. Any advice?

Thanks!! :)

If you read your post you may answer your own question. The fact that you smoke, aren't as active and am a bit overweight will all cause you to feel out of sorts and not with it. Add stress to that and you have the perfect cocktail for a depressed state. I know in my case I was always tired until I realized I needed to exercise.  It took a lot of motivation to get started, but once I did I gained so much energy.  Take care and make some liefstyle changes.  See if that helps.Ally
