Flare up of PVCs

Hello I am experiencing a flare up of my PVCs and need a little support.  I have had them for 5 years and they still frighten me.  I would love to hear from Mom to 3.  I have gotten stuck in bigeminy for a bit and it is all I can do to remain calm.  You would think 5 yrs would be enough to get used to it.
Thanks.

The answer to all your problems:

OMEGA FATTY ACIDS!

I used to have thousands of PVC's per day until I started taking Rexall's Flax, Fish, and Borage Oil, availible at Wal-Mart. It contains Omega 3, 6, and 9 fatty acids. I take it 3 t0 4 times a day. Now I only have several PVC's a day!!!

Omega 3 Fatty Acids stabilize cardiac cells, thereby making them less excitable, thus reducing PVC's. Please try this stuff...it's amazing.

Sorry to hear about your flare-up.  I've had PVC's for 25 years, along with bigeminy.  It is really important for you to try to be aware of what is causing them.  I used to keep a detailed daily log of what I ate, what I did each day, how much coffee/alcohol I drank, etc.  It really helped me to isolate the cause, which for me is mostly adrenaline and alcohol.  I am an adrenaline junky, and I have adrenaline-induced PVC's.  Adrenaline can be well controlled by beta blockers.  So I take propranolol, which really helps.  Start keeping a daily log of everything you do, for at least 3 months.  I'll bet you will see a pattern.  Best of luck.  You are not alone. --Ron
