They usually are congenital, hence I would suggest that they probably mis read either the present
echocardiogram or your past ones. I once again suggest that you seek expert opinion in the form of a
cardiacCardiac catheterization

Left heart ventricular angiography imaging specialist. You could have anything ranging from a
pericardialCardiac tamponade
Pericardiocentesis or myocardial tumor/cancer, to an LV pseudoaneurysm,. Hence it needs to be looked at by an expert, and I can't tell you what it is without seeing the echocardiogram.
