Forceful Heartbeat

hello all, For the past three months it seems my health has completely gone down the toilet. I have been to numerous doctors and no one seems to have a diagnosis for me. So here is my list of symptoms. I have had tonsillitis 3 times in the past 3 months, after my first bout of tonsillitis I noticed I had kidney pain, how ever when I was checked for a kidney infect or structural damage it all came back normal. I then started noticing my heart beat, all the time. It is the worst when I lay down it feels like my heart is going to beat out of my chest, how ever when I got an ecg it came back fine as well as an ultrasound of my heart which was also fine. I do have some palpitations so could that be causing me to feel my heartbeat like this? Also I almost always feel run down and I am fairly convinced I have adrenal fatigue, does anyone know what adrenal fatigue's effect on the heart is? I am very concerned that I may have gotten rheumatic fever and damaged a valve in my heart but everything I've read says this would have shown up in a test I have already had. Any suggestions regarding that? Also I sometimes notice a pressure in my head.
I am desperate for answers so any information is greatly appreciated.
