Thank you. Do you happen to remember the name of the articles that discuss the mild aortic regurgitation?
I was mostly worried about the mild aortic regurgitation finding on the echo.

Trace isn't even considered a problem.
When you say minor, do you mean mild? If so that isn't a problem
either. Your doctors should explain all this to you. Not that they always do, but they should. There are people running around out there in their dottage who have no symptoms at all with moderate. I believe some people take BP meds with this condition, but not all. The thing to do is find out how often you should have an echo.

Trivial valve regurge is very common in healthy people.
