I AM 33 YRS OLD AND HAVE BEEN TO THE ER 4 TIMES FOR CHEST PAIN SPREADING THROUGH MY LEFT ARM, THEY HAVE DONE EKG'S, BLOOD WORK, X-RAYS, ECHOCARDIOGRAM AND CAN FIND NOTHING. WHAT OTHER TEST CAN BE DONE TO MAKE SURE IT IS NOT MY HEART? HEART DISEASE RUNS IN MY FAMILY AND IT REALLY SCARES ME WHEN I HAVE THESE PAINS. I HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH PANIC ATTACKS BUT THESE PAINS ARE VERY DIFFERENT FROM THE PANIC ATTACKS. I AM ON XANAX .25 TID. I DON'T HAVE A FAMILY PHYSICIAN. COULD THESE PAINS BE COMING FROM A BLOCKED ARTERY? COULD THESE PAINS BE COMING FROM MY GALLBLADDER? HOW COULD I FIND OUT? THANK YOU.

Gallbladder pain can mimic heart pain and is tested by an ultrasound.
