GETTING TO THE RIGHTDOCTOR

To all Concern Doctors,

I have a very special friend and his condition really stresses me,  I like to bring him to a specialist but I need to know which field/specialization addresses his condition.  To start he had appendicitis and the usual surgery procedure done in The Philippines.  For years we thought that he had an allergy because every now and then we notice skin rashes on his face, nape, back and arms which goes away after an hour or so.  Lately, we noticed that every after meal he experiences dizziness along with the appearance of the rashes and teary eyes.  He is a smoker though getting into simple physical fitness like walking.  This condition has been a cycle at least in the last 24 months, few days ago he also noticed palpitations along with the outburst of rashes and dizziness after  each meal and yesterday he experienced finger numbness which lasted for about an hour.  Can anybody refer me to the right doctor? i'm planning to go to an allergo to isolate allergies vs. heart condition.  Thank you so much!
