Dear In Search of Gene Therapy for PVD,
The only gene therapy for PVD currently available is at St. Elizabeth's through Dr.Jeff Isner.  St.Elizabeth's Hospital is in Boston, MA and is affiliated with Tuft's University.  I am not sure if patients are being enrolled at present but there is word spreading that a trial will be starting soon.  As yet there is no gene therapy trial for PVD at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
The number for Dr. Isner is 1-617-789-2392.
