Hello,
I was wondering if you can help with this question.
At least 3 times a week, i have trouble sleeping cause of a hard heart beat.
My pulse around that time is about 100-120 and i can feel and hear my heat in the pillow. This usualy happens on the night, and a few days after
heavy weight training (ie:squats). When this occurs, i get up and move around for about an hour till is subsides.Im scaring myself into thinking im going to have a heat attack. I fell no pain or tightening in the chest. My last EKG looked normal and the last BP checked out at 140/90.  (my normal pulse is around 85-90) have you ever heard of anything like this this?
thank you
mario
