!!HAVING TROUBLE BREATHING!!

HAVING TROUBLE BREATHING! when i try to take a deep breath i can onlky reach a certain point untill this sharp pain occurs. Also if i twist my upper body as if I were trying to crack my back, the same pain occurs but with out the breathing,I'am actuall holding my breath. I cant really decipherif it is my lung or my heart. this has been happening for while off and on, but since today(I skateboarded) the pain is continuous and horible.

Sounds like it is your ribs since it is related to movement. You may have strained an intercostal muscle or have costochondritis.

If you are having constant pain you should probably see a doctor anyway though.

Sorry for missed informed info.. iam 19 no serious illnes, not taking any medication, and no surgerys.. It also occurs abruptly when iam inactive, juss sitting there or relaxing. Also I thought that costochondritis is in the middle of the chest and usually occurs with in the age of pre adolecent (adolescent) people. I'am going to the doc's in about a week. will post till then.
