I am currently on sotalol 80 mg 2x to regulate VT, but my BP is still consistently 130/90. Are there any meds than can be taken with sotalol to lower BP? thanks.

Yes, there are numerous medications that can be taken safely with sotalol to treat blood pressure. One example is the class of medications called ACE inhibitors.
