HEART

I AM 33 YRS OLD AND HAVE BEEN TO THE ER 4 TIMES FOR CHEST PAIN SPREADING THROUGH MY LEFT ARM, THEY HAVE DONE EKG'S, BLOOD WORK, X-RAYS, ECHOCARDIOGRAM AND CAN FIND NOTHING. WHAT OTHER TEST CAN BE DONE TO MAKE SURE IT IS NOT MY HEART?  HEART DISEASE RUNS IN MY FAMILY AND IT REALLY SCARES ME WHEN I HAVE THESE PAINS. I HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH PANIC ATTACKS BUT THESE PAINS ARE VERY DIFFERENT FROM THE PANIC ATTACKS.  I AM ON XANAX .25 TID.  I DON'T HAVE A FAMILY PHYSICIAN.  COULD THESE PAINS BE COMING FROM A BLOCKED ARTERY?    THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME.

Given your age it is unlikely but possible nonetheless.  I would recommend a stess test to rule out heart problems.
