HELP! My Mom needs info on AEORTIC DIALATION for my 18 yr old brother

About two years ago my brother started to experiense severe chest pains.
It brought to light something that my mom hoped would never come. He had
a murmer that went away before he was two.  The doctors in B.C. give very
few answers and just say that they will keep running tests.  Meanwhile
I have a brother that thinks he will die before he's twenty-five anyway,
giving up on everything.  Because my mom can't find any info where we live
she asked me to try to find some at school.  It would be greatly appreciated
