: How young is too young for a heart attack. I am an overweight 21 yr. old male.
I have been cleared by the cardiologist for everything but the stress test.
I am 6'1 and weigh 284 lbs. I know that is very heavy, but I am exercising 15-30 min a day on my
treadmill, lowering my fat intake and cutting out cigarettes. My question is, how young is too young for a heart attack?
I admit I have eaten a-lot of
fattyXanthoma foods since childhood especially
milkBreast milk
Breast milk jaundice
Lactose intolerance
Nipple discharge - abnormal products. My BP is always 115-70 or 120-80 and
pulseNeck pulse
Pulse
Pulse - bounding
Pulse - weak or absent
Radial pulse
Takayasu arteritis
Taking your carotid pulse is 90 beats per/minute.
I have no other medical conditions. So here are my 2 questions:
1)How young is too young?
2)Am I in the red zone?
Thank you very much, Jed
