HI,I had a  stress test because my heart rate has been up for some time. The dr put me on Bystolic 5 mg on tues.It makes me feel so odd,but the nurse called me and told me that when my heart is stressed there is a small portion that isnt getting good blood flow too and that i must get my stress under control I have extreme anxity, and its out of conrol,She says this isnt a life threating thing but i feel pains in my chest, and i shake so,The heart dr told me i could try just a half a pill and i did that yesterday but it seemed to make me feel faint so today i took only a 1/4 of the Bystolic..couold you please tell me about this medication and if it is ok in fact to break it in half or quarters and if this is a bad problem for my heart..could i die from it,,,,do u have any ideas how to help my anxiety>i was taken off klonopin aug 8 coldturkey and put on ativan and im wondering if i could be going thru some withdrawlas,i have been on one kind of benzo or anoteher for 18 years..Any advice would help,,,also sometimes i feel like my vital organ slike my kidneys are shutting down but they have done lots of blood and urine tests and they are fine

The 5 mg Bystolic pill can be split but as there is no score line it is very unlikely that you split it evenly much less into 1/4ths.
I can tell from you writing pattern that you seem very anxious, and this may be related to the benzo withdrawal. As to whether or not you can withdraw from klonopin while on ativan, yes it is possible it all depends on the doses, but very unlikely. Ativan is a benzo, shorter acting than klonopin and should protect you from the benzo withdrawal syndrome which can be quite dangerous.
