Had seizures during persantine stress test

Just in from a bad experience with a persantine stress test. Within seconds of release of chemicals from IV, I became faint and ultimately had three seizures with first minute of testing. The chemical and my sensitivity were ultimately blamed however, I'm wondering what the signs of poor administration or possible overdose might be...
