Hand and Arm Tingling - Does Anyone Get This?

I've been getting tingling in my arms and hands, in addition to some other symptoms including Chest tightness,
Sternum pain and tightness, Tightness in the throat and the sensation that there is a lump in my throat, Upper back pain, lots of reflux.

The peculiar thing is that I get a lot of tingling in my right arm when I'm laying on my left side. It seems to be the opposite of the side I'm laying on.

Does this seem like something heart related to you?

It sounds more like neck/nerve problems. Laying on the left side throws the spine, neck and shoulders out of alignment. Depending on what's going on in your body (any muscle weakness or inflammation) it could cause pressure on the nerves going down the right arm.

Yes I am experiencing those problems myself if anyone has a clue to what it is PLEASE HELP
