Have a question about a fetal EKG/ECG....

Posted By Laura on May 21, 1999 at 14:22:13
Would you be so kind as to tell me what this word might be from the following text?  "Fetal electrocardiogram at 19 weeks' gestation showed a single active fetus with a normal rhythm at 147 beats per minute.  There was normal atrial and ventricular ....  There were four normal-size chambers and valves.  The great arteries were normally related.  There were no effusions.
The word in question sounds like size or sinus.  Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
Laura
