Heart Attack or Stress

I have been having a sore (dull ache) in my left arm, sometimes tingling when I'm under stress at work, for the past several months. I had a thalium strees test last July which was normal, I'm a male, 58 years old, had blood work done recently, HDL 61, LDL 101, and I run three miles two to three times a week wouth any discomfort. Please advise your opinion.

Is your heart rate normal when you are stressed?  Are you able to take your blood pressure with a home monitoring heart bp unit?  A dull ache in the left arm does not indicate any heart problem...also, your cardio workout is a positive. The tingling could be neurologically based.

Thanks for your question, take care,

Ken
