Heart Beat

For a few years now when I wake up my heart has been racing so fast I feel as if it's going to beat out of my chest. I have been complaining of this for years. My moms doctor had me wear a halter monitor and it showed nothing. What is wrong with my heart? I have had an extra beat all my life and no problems but this pounding is scary.

Did you have these symptoms while you were wearing the holter monitor. If not, you can wear a monitor for a longer time or you can wear an event monitor then record it when it happens.
