Heart Beats Harder Now

I am not sure what do I have
But it seems that my heart is beating differently now..
it seems that at different stress levels my heart beats harder for every beat compared to in the past. Now a little induced stress makes my heart beat not faster but harder. I tested negatigve for high blood pressure and underwent ElectroCardiogram and the rhythms were all normal. Could there be a reason why?.. I also have chest pains and burpings. could they be linked?

The pounding happens to me as well.  Lack of fluid will do it, if I am dehydrated.  I try to get at least 6 glasses a day, 8 if I exercise vigorously.

But it seems like the chest pain and burping does not fade away. The burping did after I took medicine for hyperactivity in the stomach but the chest pain however as I am put to stress, the heart beats faster and harder than normal, making the chest hurt more, as if it was something pushing the ribs outwards.

I have an idea, just to see if this helps the chest pain and burping.  Drink 8 ounces of water (preferably distilled) with 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (try and get organic, Bragg's is a good brand and easy to find) and 1 teaspoon baking soda in it.  Mix until disolved and drink it.  If the burping and teh chest pain goes away quickly, like within 3 days, there's your answer.  (mine went away after a day and half)  Also, for your heart pounding hard, are you getting any magnesium in your diet?

take care!

There seem to be very little magnesium.. however I have been taking mainly courses of wheat and rice.

Well, you might then just want to try taking a good multivitamin, and a good calcium/magnesium supplement.  You will have to take your calcium/magnesium 3x's a day at least, becasue the pill would be to big to swallow, if it could all fit into one pill.  It will take anywhere from a few weeks, to a few months, to make the heart pounding stuff go away, at least that has been my experience.  But also add some good healthy magnesium rich foods to your diet.  Black beans are a great source, and sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds, organic whole grain breads and cereals, and cooked spinach or any other organic green leafy vegetable!

Good luck to you, & I hope this helps.

take care!

Just make sure you follow the instructions on your vitamin supplements, and that you take them everyday.  If you take too much, that could be too hard on your body.
