Heart Block

Hi...update from my last post

The doctor has found that I have heart block located in the AV node which is causing me to have skipped beats.  This seems to occur when I exert myself.  He is taking me off of verelan which I have been taking for 15 years.  Thinks it might be a factor in the heart block since it slows down your heart.  I have to monitor my b/p at home because I have a-fib also and this med helps with heart rate along with my b/p.  Today I go in for an echo and he is going to schedule a stress.  I am really scared about the stress test.....think I am going to go into a-fib/heart block during the test.  My thoughts run away with me causing alot of anxiety so any help from anyone regarding this condition would be welcomed.
