Heart Disease

Hello every one . hope every one is fine and good. I am new member in this nice forum and i do not know that i am posted my question in a right place or not. hope do not mind it .
I  just want to ask a question about my heart .
i do not know how to explain it . every day at evening time when i come home i just ly on my bed and watch tv or sit on chair to use pc. i dont know i how to say . i just feel something heavy on my heart . and if some one close the door or i hear a sound then i afraid .i just visited docter he checked out and said that you are fine,but i feel something . Is here any one can write me a correct answer that what is the reason of this Please ?

I am unclear about what you are referring to by saying "heavy on my heart." However, if you are easily startled by small noises, etc., your symptoms could be related to anxiety. Unfortunately, it is impossble to make any definitive diagnosis over the internet. If your symptoms are disrupting your daily activities or causing you discomfort/distress, you should follow up with your regular physician for an evaluation. He/she would be in the best position to help understand what is going on.
