If your doctor has checked you out, I wouldn't get too concerned. There are many reasons for an abnormal EKG, in fact they are interpreted by the computer as abnormal almost half the time. This is why it takes a doctor to determine if there is a medical issue.. If everyone was sent for further evaluation from a computer that read an EKG as abnormal, our hospitals would be over flowing. A lower heart rate lke yours usually means a more efficient and healthy heart as well.

There are many reasons for chest pain and fatigue, the vast majority of which are not related to your heart. If you are not satisfied with your doctor's decision, you can always get a second opinion for some reassurance. Just be careful to read too much into an abnormal EKG, many of us have them and they mean nothing.

Hope this helps,

Jon
