Heart/Esophgus/Panic Attack?

I had Grave's disease for most of my life. 4 years ago I had RAI and I now
take thyroid replacement med.
I am having a problem that occursd when I bend down or sit up. It feels
like a sensation that starts at the top of my stomach or my esophogus. Next
my hearts starts beating fast 100 to 150 beats per minute,I take a couple
of Tylenol and 25 of Tenormin , and after about an hour or two my heart
slows down to normal. I
have seen 2 heart specialist, the only thing they found is I have a very
mild case of Mitral Valve Prolapse. I have been hooked up to an EKG while
this fast beating of my heart is occuring and the EKG showed nothing wrong.
I have had a ultrasound of my heart, chest x-ray, a cardiac panel blood
work up, stress test, worn heart monitors and had TSH test that came back
normal every time and still noone can figure it out my heart is perfectly
normal. It may be that something is happening with my stomach or esophogus
and I feel it and the fast heartbeat and fast breathing and stomach gassy
burping feeling is a panic attack. Could a esophogial spasm be occuring and
causing this? It evidently is now my heart. I stay away from alchohol,
caffiene, and I do not smoke either. I am not over weight either. I am a 33
year old male.

Esophageal reflux and spasm is a common cause of chest discomfort not due to the heart. A trial of antiacids such as pepcid should either help or exclude it as a possibility.
