Heart Gurgles

I recently had a heart attack and had a stent (LAD) put in.  I have experienced pain in my left shoulder ever since the surgery.  I have trouble discerning if this is related to a heart attack or to bursitis.  I find it hard to articulate pain to the doctors.  They recently gave me a nuclear stress test.  Everything checked out well.  I am going to have ultra sound test on my upper extremities tomorrow.  Just today while taking a nap I felt this gurgling in my heart.  It was like a soft bubbling.  No pain or discomfort thankfully but definitely a weird experience. Any one had a similar experience?

The gurgling could have been an irregular series of heart beats, mine feels like that.  If that was the case, usually they are benign. but you should report it to your doctor.  Also, after having stents inserted, I've had for a couple of weeks goofy feelings in my chest that I think are related to the procedure.

I had 5 stents put into my LAD in Sept 09 and there was discomfort in my chest from this for around 3 months, plus some strange sensations like a heart twitch. The other day I had 2 stents put into my circumflex and this is causing pain in my throat, chest and back. The cardiologist said around 50% of patients experience this when the artery is stretched by ballooning but it does eventually pass. You have to drink plenty of fluids.
