Heart Lesion

My recent nuclear stress test reveiled that I had a "lesion". Just what does this mean and what can I expect at my Cardiologist visit...medication, surgery, precedures etc..... I'm a 45 year male with a 15 year history of Lymes disease and 6 years of Fibromyalgia.

That's a very nonspecific description.  Typically what we look for are reversible or fixed lesions.  The reversible once mean that there is low blood flow.  Fixed lesions are suggestive or a previous heart attack or just an artifact.  Low blood flow can be easily treated with medication, especially in those who have mild symptoms.  Large reversible lesions usually warrant a catheterization which may lead to stenting or even surgery.
