Heart Or GI Problem

I recently experienced 2 episodes of excessive sweating, nausea, extreme fatigue, and chest pain.  I was admitted to the hospital and had a complete  cardiovascular check up.  Everything from ekg to cath and they were all good.  What type of GI problem could cause these problems?  I am being referred to a GI doctor but want to get some info on this matter.

Sounds like gallbladder symptoms.  With gallbladder problems the symptoms are crushing chest pain, sweating, nausea, feeling like you may vomit.  Usually, the symptoms are after eating.  Have you noticed if the symptoms you are experiencing are after eating?  Not to alarm you, but my grandmother had chest pains once and she thought it was a heart attack.  It turned out to be a benign tumor in her stomach.  She did not have any nausea or sweatin; her only symptom was chest pain.
