Heart Problem

I am 57, hypertensive, have 2 AVM's at T2 and T12. Also have a centralized L4-5 disc bulge. Have had 2 stress tests in last 5 years one physical and 1 chemical. Took my doc 3 pills to get blood pressure down to approx. 130/80. Previous it ran 210/160-170. I am a correctional nurse. I have periods where I will get spiderweb aura on outside visual field and when experienced usually slight numbness of right upper arm. Bil ankles swell occassionally. One toe each foot will cramp and spasm pulling in odd directions ncturnally 3-4 times a month. Awaken 1-4 times a month with racing heart. Have experienced VTach with no other real symptoms at the time except to scare my doc to an ER visit. 4 Nitro later under control. Please someone tell me what's going on with me. Cardiologist says I am clear but family MD says, "somethin is going on and I am afraid your gonna drop over dead one day." Any input would be really appreciated. I have heard the AVM's can put pressure when I am laying down and that could lead to the VTach, but if so what do I do about it. Since cardiology cleared me I do not know where to turn.
